TRINA SMITH LAWTON

Trina Smith Lawton, the youngest daughter of Dr. Joe Lee and Mrs. Altamese Smith passed away at Melbourne Care Center, Melbourne, FL. 
 

Trina was a graduate of Rockledge High School, Brevard Community College, and Florida A & M University. She was an accomplished athlete excelling in softball and swimming. 
 

Her teaching career spanned from Florida, Virginia and Texas.  She was determined to make a difference in the minds of her students.
Trina was a former member of Zion Orthodox Primitive Baptist Church.  After returning home to Rockledge, she worshipped with The REAL Church and was a part of their greeters ministry.
 

Trina is survived by her parents; son, Joshua Lawton; grandsons, Kenzo and Jaedon; three sisters, Sharon Fletcher, Chyrell Sullivan and Twiler Smith; and numerous other relatives.
