He was outgoing, social, and full of life; he had a way of making people feel welcome and loved. His kind heart, vibrant personality, and genuine love for others made a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

More than anything, Luis will be remembered for the love he gave so freely. He was deeply loved by his family and cherished by many friends and relatives. Luis leaves behind his loving immediate family including mother, Jeannie Rodriguez; his father, Jose Rodriguez; his sister, Tatiana Fialho and brother in law Roberto Fialho; his brother, Jovan Rodriguez; his paternal grandparent, Gladys Lopez; his beloved nieces, Thalia and Yelena Fialho; his brothers and sisters outside his immediate family, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who loved him very much.

Though his time here was far too short, Luis lived with a fullness of spirit that will never be forgotten. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always carried in the hearts of those who loved him.
